Invoice the Premier of Ontario for your unpaid rentals arrears and damages
The Landlords Invoice and Letter templates can be found below along with instructions for this process. We encourage all Landlords facing any financial losses as a result of non-rent paying Tenants refusing to vacate the property to participate and help achieve our goal.
While we know the Government will not pay each individual invoice we hope they will allocate some funding and empower/authorize the LTB to reimburse Landlords who are waiting for justice to be served or have no recourse left.
Step 1 – Read the instructions.
Step 2 – Download this invoice template and put your numbers to create your invoice to the Premier.
Step 3 – Download this template letter and adjust it to your particular situation.
Step 4 – Send both the letter AND the invoice to the Premier, your MPP, the media and copy payusnow@soloontario.ca.
