A St. Catharines woman describes how she may lose her home due to the LTB losing her paperwork and LTB delays. Financial losses due to rent arrears, securing a 2nd mortgage and personal loans have her in debt up to her eyeballs.
Small Ownership Landlords of Ontario (SOLO) has retained and Will Davidson LLP, to pursue legal action. The province “failed to protect the small residential landlords during the pandemic and due to that, all these financial losses have happened.”
