Dear Solo Landlords Members,
We hope you are doing well.
Over the past several years, Solo has continued to grow into a strong and supportive community for small landlords across Ontario. Through ongoing advocacy, education, information sharing, and member support, we have worked to ensure that independent landlords have a voice and access to practical resources during an increasingly challenging housing environment.
As Solo continues to expand its activities and services, we are preparing to introduce a new optional paid membership program that will help support and strengthen the organization moving forward.
We want to emphasize that our core Solo membership will continue to remain completely free. It is very important to us that landlords can continue to access information, stay connected with the community, and participate in discussions without any mandatory membership fee.
The upcoming paid membership will simply provide an optional enhanced level of participation for members who wish to:
• Support Solo’s advocacy and operational work
• Help strengthen representation for small landlords in Ontario
• Access additional premium resources, tools, educational materials, and member benefits
• Contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization
As many of you know, effective advocacy and member support require significant ongoing effort, time, and resources. With your support, Solo will be able to expand its initiatives, improve member services, and continue advocating for fair and balanced housing policies that protect responsible housing providers.
In the coming weeks, we will share additional details about the membership structure, benefits, pricing, and launch timeline.
We sincerely appreciate the support, participation, and encouragement that our members continue to provide. Solo has always been built by small landlords, for small landlords, and your continued involvement will help ensure that our community remains strong and effective for years to come.
