Dear Solo Landlords,
On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Nivethan Karalasingam, as the new Executive Director of the Small Ownership Landlords Ontario (Solo Inc), effective Monday May 26th, 2025 for the next 2 months.
With a strong background in real estate management, advocacy and nonprofit leadership, he brings a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives to our association.
Nivethan has previously led successful policy initiatives, within student rental and managed family owned rental portfolios. His leadership will be invaluable as we continue to advocate for our members, navigate evolving regulations, and enhance the services we provide.
We are confident that under Nivethan’s guidance, the association will grow stronger and more effective in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing landlords in Ontario. Please join us in giving him a warm welcome!
