If CanLII is missing your order, the first step is to use a Feedback form, which you can locate on the CanLII website under “Contact and Feedback” at the bottom of the main page.
CanLII publishes only documents that are distributed by courts, tribunals or other institutions, which they acquire through formal channels.
You can send in your request through this form and provide the following details such as:

- Name of Tribunal LTB
- Parties’ names
- Date of decision
- LTB file number
- Name of adjudicator
Using these details, CanLII will contact the issuing organization for an electronic version. Once the decision is received, it will be included in its database.
