Small Ownership Landlords Ontario Inc.(Solo) is a nonprofit organization committed to representing and advocating for the rights and interests of small residential landlords across Ontario. Solo is looking to fill a contract position of Association Executive Director
Under the Board of Directors’ guidance, the Association Executive Director (AED) is the operational manager and representative of Solo. He / she will be responsible for advancing its mission through effective advocacy, stakeholder engagement, operations management, and strategic leadership. The AED reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with members, policymakers, and community partners to promote policies that support small landlords while fostering responsible, ethical rental practices.
